The Dinky Traveler Visits Georgia

Aimee Bishop had a great time being the host to this Dinky Traveler. Or should I say he had a great time enjoying Aimee on her trip to Duluth, GA for a 4 day educational conference. Looks like he wasted no time in figuring out how to order room service.

The Winning Quilt Is....

I am not a quilter, but I do appreciate those who quilt. Sewing is an art and choosing the right fabrics and design is so important in planning the perfect quilt or even the perfect doll. If you ever get the chance to go to the Houston Quilt Festival, go!!!! So many wonderful things to see and then all the great quilts. Tomorrow I will post pictures of the dolls that are entered in the competition.

So many quilts, not enough time

Houston Quilt Festival This is just one half of the food court at the Houston Quilt Festival, I could not fit it all in this picture.

I got a corner booth in a great spot, yeah!

Look at all the work that goes into the set up.

Red carpet to be laid down, pretty swanky.
