More Dinky Babies Headed to Savannah

So Many of you have donated time and talent to help make enough dolls for the movie Crackerjack. It is so much appreciated. The donated dolls, after they are finished with their movie debut, will be given to a local charity so that they can be enjoyed by someone special. My thanks to each and everyone one of you who took time out to help with this project.

The last shipment of dolls left today. I am so anxious to find out how things are going. As soon as I have some news I will share it with you all.

I made 10 of the 24 inch dolls for display in the movie. Wow, it was difficult to get them all done in time. We made the deadlines and now the rest is up to the Dinky Babies and how they perform.

I went to the The Women's Expo here in Arizona on Saturday, it was a great experience. Going to an event like this is sometimes far too crowded for me to enjoy, but I did enjoy my day. My feet hurt and the crowd was overwhelming but I would go again. I have lived here in the valley for over 17 years and have never gone to this event. Maybe I was afraid of the crowd of people, I don't know. The Expo has been going on for 15 years. I am just not too with it I guess. I have been missing out on a great experience. I would like to be a vendor next year and I think that I will start to research my options. This would be a great opportunity to bring visibility to my Dinky Baby business and to offer the opportunity to some women locally. If you are interested in your own cloth doll business, now is the time to get started.

Happy Friday the 13th, 2007.

So much is happening around here lately. New dolls are on the creation table, fur is here, new distributors are joining, DinkyBaby is growing.

Cloth dolls are coming back into their own again. As long as there are little girls, big girls and doll lovers, cloth dolls are always going to be around. I have been playing with dolls all my life and I have never tired of doing so. Just as men love there cars, women will always love their dolls.

This is a great time to join DinkyBaby and get your business rolling before the holidays get here. It may seem like a long way off, but before you know it you will be asking yourself why didn't you get started?
